If you don’t have your own dream someone else will hire you to help them build theirs. Holds true. It says that plan for your future well in advance, step by step, and see your dreams come true. The irony of the fact is most of the people are doing nothing to build their dreams, in fact they don’t even know what their dream is!
Why is it important to have a dream?
Dream is not something that we see while we fall asleep, it is that which will not let you sleep until you see it come true. Most people see dreams while sleeping and forgetting every next morning, apart from many day dreamers, but very few are the ones who see desirable dreams and plan correspondingly to work for it. A dream is what gets us up off the couch and doing things we might not otherwise want to do. Now realizing a dream is the biggest question. Many of us are unaware what we actually want or what is our real dream. Most of us are followers and years later we realize that the golden era has been passed and now is the history. So realizing it at the right time in a right manner is essential.
How do you do it though? What is the right time to dream? Or what is the right time to start working on it? Well, there is no set criteria. Starting early has its own welfare.
The first step in this process would be to recognize how many dreams we actually have. Think of all the things you really love to do, or would love to learn to do. Consider all the different parts of your life where you have dreams or aspirations. Grab a paper and pen and jot down the list you want to achieve in life. Possibilities, how can you achieve those. Have plans. Plan A, if not, plan B. Analyze them. Keep trying. Take a few moments and think what is one thing you really want for you from yourself. Where you are today and what you want to be down the line. Develop your passions, your interest, your hobbies. Once you realize you will profoundly start working for it.
- Follow your passion to achieve success
- Play to your strengths in strategy and execution
